T-Day Minus Nine Hours
Pumpkin pie from scratch - check!
Ingredients for pancakes (including real maple syrup) - check!
Totally awesome pink flannel Princess Leia pajama bottoms*- check!
Clean apartment - ... I can just throw it all in the spare room and run the sweeper before everyone gets here for the Pajamas, Pancakes, and Parade Potluck Brunch.
*I ran out of time to make the matching pajama top for tomorrow, but I can always wear that old Starfleet Academy tshirt I bought at my very first Star Trek convention, back in... 1992. Sure, it's mixing genres, but I think that ought to just up my geek points. Right?
